Alla Thomas is a dynamic Change Practitioner and Owner of Thomas Transformation in Houston.

Alla was driven and set her sights on achievement at a young age, in San Augustine, a rural East Texas town. She was committed to maturing her skills and thriving interest in business opportunities. 

She has 18 years of management consulting experience and prides herself in delivering efficient and practical results.

Alla uses innovative processes for talent and organizational change and has consulted Fortune 100 clients in the Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Government and Communications industries. Her experience has come through the Consultancies of Accenture, SAIC, Wipro, and independently. 

Outside of work, Alla spends time mentoring and coaching young women to be resilient; to pursue their dreams even as life presents the unexpected — Go beyond! She actively does community service through her beloved Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is an enthusiastic supporter of The Gathering Place, held in Third Ward, a forum promoting memory health and social interactions for aging seniors and caregivers. 

Alla holds a Bachelor of Business from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University.
